Hannah leads the education provision at PACE Education Pathways. She supports children and young people through personalised, child-centred learning, helping them rebuild confidence, reconnect with education and move forward at a pace that is right for them.

As Designated Safeguarding Lead, Hannah oversees safeguarding practice and helps ensure each child is supported within a safe, consistent and caring environment.

Operations/Governance LeadDeputy Designated Safeguarding Lead

Nathan supports the governance, operational oversight and safeguarding arrangements for PACE Education Pathways. His role is to help ensure that provision is safe, structured and professionally managed, with clear processes around risk, reporting, compliance, communication and continuous improvement.

As Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, Nathan supports the safeguarding function and provides additional oversight and continuity.
